Founded in October 2018, Outlive Them New York City (OLT NYC) is an all-city coalition of Jews and otherwise oppressed people organizing to defend all our communities from those who would exterminate us.
We are antifascist Jews and antiracist accomplices across occupied NYC organizing to build a mass base of opposition to white nationalism across the 5 boroughs, and to strengthen Jewish solidarity with struggles for Black, Brown, Indigenous, LGBTQIA+, women’s + workers’ liberation.
Rooted in the rich histories of Jewish radicalism, we draw insight and inspiration from the radical political, intellectual, and artistic traditions of all peoples. Together we are building a militantly Jewish and Jewishly militant movement that is multiracial, intercommunal, and intergenerational.
We are working-class Jews of varying backgrounds: We are working artists and secretaries, scientists and sex workers, students and teachers, food servers and healthcare workers. We are Ashkenazim, Sephardim and Mizrahim; observant or secular, questioning, or atheist. Here to struggle, here to win. Join us! Together, we will outlive them.
